Building new habits
Studies show half of our daily behaviors are habitual and that building new habits is challenging. Yet, changing our habits and long-term behavior is critical to healthy growth and living. How can I build new habits?

Well, it starts with a conscious decision. But all too often, that is not enough and we fall back into old behaviors.
